They are negotiable depending on length of stay.
A deposit of 30% will confirm a booking.
Booking conditions
- Balance of payment is required 3 weeks prior to arrival.
- Rates may be subject to change at the owners discretion and are dependent on length of stay.
- No smoking inside any of covered areas.
- Pets only with prior arrangement.
- In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking. Cancellation 0 - 21 days before arrival, or no-show will result in a forfeit of 100% of the deposit. Cancellation 21-28 days before arrival will be 75% of the deposit and 29+ days will result in a 50% forfeit of the deposit.
